Holy Guacamole

All Hail The Avocado

Unless you’ve been living under a rock you know that the world is all about the avo at the moment. In fact it’s take such a significant place in our lives that should a twenty something white girl go a week without having any they may just die. JOKES SETTLE DOWN.

I ACTUALLY DO LOVE THE AVO. I DO. PLUS IT’S GOOD FOR YOU. AND IT’S NOT PROCESSED. YESSSS.

So why start a love affair with avo?

  1. It’s a GOOD FAT

Fat does not come from the devil. You are supposed to have some. You are supposed to eat some. It is normal and it is good for you. This is great because 77% of the calories in your humble avocado come from fat. It’s actually one of the fattiest plant foods on earth. Go hard or go home right!?

There’s so much research available now that boasts the benefits of a diet that’s based on good fats. If you want to know more about good fatty diets check out the Ketogenic diet.
